DAMAC Hills 2 is a pet-friendly area, however, do remember to confirm it with your real estate agent or the homeowner well before signing the contract. With lots of cafes, play areas, gyms, restaurants and leisure avenues in the area there will always be something to do to relax. Similarly, you wouldn’t have to travel far to find educational or medical facilities.

Reem

If you are a fan of Mediterranean and Arabic architecture, villas in Reem will impress you a lot. A project by Emaar, it is one of the newer communities in Dubai. The gated neighbourhood has a massive central park where residents come for a run-around. The area is still under development and some major additions will be made for the benefit of the residents.
Villas in Reem are surrounded by palm trees some outdoors and others a part of the home gardens. The stylish interiors give the houses a chic look. One thing to consider however is you may have to commute to neighbouring communities for schooling. Since it is a developing community, the school options will improve and increase soon.
